We are a small dental office that values strong relationships, quality patient care, and a positive, supportive work environment. If you enjoy helping patients achieve healthy smiles while working with a great team, we would love to hear from you!
This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a consistent schedule of two days per week — Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Responsibilities
• Provide thorough, high-quality dental hygiene care to patients.
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive treatments.
• Take and review dental radiographs as appropriate.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
• Assess and document patients’ oral health and periodontal conditions.
• Build positive, lasting relationships with patients and help create a comfortable, welcoming experience.
Qualifications
• Current dental hygiene license in Nebraska.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent dental care.

Our family friendly dental office is looking to hire a full-time registered dental hygienist. We work hard Monday-Thursday 8 am-5pm to bring exceptional dental care to our patients. Our dental office utilizes Dentrix/Dexis and is fully digital, including CBCT and TRIOS. We strive to provide a great work life balance to our staff. We offer to our full-time employees 7 paid holidays and 1 week of sick leave. One week of vacation is earned from 6-12 months of employment, 2 weeks of vacation from 1-5 years of employment, and after 5 years of employment—3 weeks of vacation is provided. Free dental is provided to you and your spouse/children. A stipend of $6,000 is provided annually in alotments of $250 applied to each pay period. Uniforms, CPR & CE are provided to all full time employees, as well as 401(K) w/matching.
Our office asks that you provide a friendly atmosphere for our patients while developing a trusting relationship with them.
