LDHA - Lincoln Dental Hygienists Association - Component #1
Events – LDHA
(Butler, Dodge, Gage, Gillmore, Jefferson, Lancaster, Polk,
Saline, Saunders, Seward, Thayer, York)
We will be meeting at Christ United Methodist Church located at 4530 A St, Lincoln NE 68510. All meetings are free to members and $15.00 per CEU for nonmembers. Please come at 6:30pm and get settled in before our speaker begins promptly at 7:00pm (unless time otherwise noted on schedule below). A short business meeting will end the evening so please stay to discuss the issues on the agenda. If you know of anyone not on the mailing list, please also forward this to them and let me know their address so I can get them added. I spent a lot of time trying to update our LDHA e-mail list and am hoping we can eventually reach everyone with this method.
Below is a list of our component meetings we have planned for the year. We would love to see more attendance at our events this year! If you have any suggestions for increasing our numbers, please talk to an officer. We will contact everyone as changes/updates are made.

Geriatrics & Dentistry
Dr. Ernie Sigler will present a 2 hour CE on Geriatrics and Dentistry from 9am-11am. Come and learn more about treating our aging patient population! We will then have a short component meeting with lunch before our second speaker begins a 1 hour CE at noon when Lindsay Mundil, RDH, MA will present a 1 hour CE on Intra/Extraoral Examinations.
We will also be voting on officers at this next meeting. I will also bring a list of positions available with NDHA.

Lincoln Senior Luncheon
UNMC-Lincoln Senior Luncheon will be held on the last Friday in April (April 27, 2012) at Valentino’s on 35th and Holdrege. Please plan on joining us to congratulate the graduates and welcome them as RDH members of our organization. Cost is $10 per person.
